Position: Inside Sales Representative (North America & Canada)

Position Description:
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone and email to increase sales of Unitech’s products and services. Works with team members in the field including territory managers. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Responsibility:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer territory.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for account development and strategic objectives in assigned territory.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic territory.
- Follow up and develop companies customer leads.
- Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company expectations.
- Responsible for North American sales performance including Canada.
- Report and give feedback to your manager and the company as required.
Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in sales.
- Knowledge of IT, Technology, AIDC, POS, Barcodes, RFID and others.
- Experience in telemarketing sales.
- Experience in indirect sales.
- Background in inside sales.
- Availability to travel within USA and Canada (1-2 times per year).
