In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the implementation of a Medicaid system. They will conduct intricate analyses of business goals, objectives, and the overall business environment to align information technology solutions with multiple, complex accounts. Serving as a subject matter expert, the individual will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical personnel. This full time, remote position.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with project contractors, site Training Managers, and clients to identify training needs, target audiences, training schedules, and delivery methods.
- Provide support for provider training delivery or facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for site account staff to train the provider community.
- Assist contractors in training and preparing operations/site staff for go-live, ensuring proficiency in operational desk-level procedures. This may involve conducting webinars or traveling to account sites for in-person training.
- Develop comprehensive eLearning videos and training materials as integral components of the training program.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience collaborating with functional groups within an organization.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and CMS concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of Training methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Experience with Adobe Capitvate for instructional design, a plus.
- Basic eLearning authoring experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple facets of a project and support multiple subsystems.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with customers and team members.
- Presentation skills for addressing both management and customers.
