Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of commercial construction projects, including tilt-up and data centers. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project from conception to completion, including day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality, cost, and schedule.
- Participate in contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Provide regular status reports to client/owner.
- Ensure all safety requirements are met and all personnel adhere to safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Thorough knowledge of construction practices, processes, and standards for tilt-up and data centers.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
