Description
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at boosting brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, particularly for our consumer app. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitive analysis, monitoring performance, prioritizing channels, and establishing key roles and KPIs.
You will also design an engaging content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and messaging, crafting compelling captions that resonate with our target audience and developing adaptable content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy.
- Create and manage an engaging content calendar.
- Oversee daily social media operations and interactions.
- Perform social listening and sentiment analysis.
- Create visually appealing graphics, preferably using Canva, with experience in Photoshop and CapCut as a bonus.
- Schedule posts strategically and analyze data for optimization.
- Develop and edit short-form video content, with a comfort in front of the camera being a plus.
- Manage community interactions and engagement.
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva.
- Experience in video content creation and editing.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and strategy.
