Job Description:As an Automotive Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every customer receives prompt and effective service. You will coordinate the logistics of vehicle recovery, arrange for windscreen replacements, and manage car window repairs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping people in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all roadside assistance and vehicle recovery requests.
- Arrange windscreen replacements and car window repairs through our network of service providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Dispatch tow drivers and glass repair technicians to various locations.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service activities and communications.
- Work closely with our growing team to refine processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications:- Experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role, ideally in the automotive or roadside assistance industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
