Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Network Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Epicor ERP system and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT network.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the Epicor ERP system, including regular upgrades and enhancements.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our IT network, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for system and network security.
- Create and maintain BAQ's, dashboards, and reports using Kinetic and Crystal Reports.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and applications.
- Maintain and monitor backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Manage Azure-based infrastructure and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Epicor administration and implementation.
- Experience with Kinetic, Crystal Reports, and SSRS.
- Strong understanding of BAQ's and dashboards.
- Experience with IT network administration, including security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with Azure-based infrastructure and applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
