Our client is a growing food technology company utilizing innovation to provide sustainable food choices. This Scientist/Engineer will be seated at their pilot plant to assist with process development and scale-up. The ideal candidate will have fermentation in their background.
As a Scientist/Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work cross functionally to create, design, and implement new process technology
- Work with R&D to optimize processes and products
- Utilize data analysis to improve production
- Contribute to scale-up and technology
- Apply scientific knowledge and principles for creative solutions
Salary Range: $130,000 - $135,000

As a Scientist/Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering
- 10+ years of fermentation and scale-up experience (less accepted with PhD)
- Experience with top batch reactors, Design of Experiment, and data analysis
- Precious scale-up experience
