About The Role
We're looking for a Junior Salesforce Solutions Architect to be a key player in our growing Product Team. In this role, you’ll drive strategic initiatives and projects that enhance our platform. You’ll collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Product Leaders, and other stakeholders to create project plans, manage budgets, and monitor all aspects of our Product Roadmap. Your work will also involve identifying critical customer needs and delivering high-value improvements and new capabilities to support our programs. The ideal candidate will be able to define scalable solutions that can be reused across multiple clients and become part of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle on initiatives using the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, budget, requirements, resources, and schedule.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts.
- Develop monitoring and status reporting mechanisms for executive management.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the product team.
- Track project performance and metrics to ensure the achievement of short and long-term goals.
- Maintain clear and accessible project documentation.
- Document the existing architecture of the Salesforce Platform.
- Direct the platform architecture with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and configurability.
- Develop a product roadmap to introduce enhancements and new features for additional revenue generation.
- Establish a development lifecycle process from discovery to deployment.
- Regularly review Salesforce platform performance and user adoption, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience (preferably in the Healthcare industry); PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Salesforce Admin Certification required).
- Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and data management/security.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with project managers and developers.
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems using middleware tools and APIs (Mulesoft experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and best practices, with experience managing complex Salesforce environments, including third-party apps.
- Resourceful and motivated self-starter who can work independently.
