About The Role
We're looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Implementation Management to guide our implementation projects and lead a team of project managers. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless client onboarding, driving project success, and building strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead Project Management: Oversee and inspire the project management team to plan, execute, and deliver implementation projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring all project goals are met.
- Engage with Clients: Work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, define project deliverables, and manage expectations throughout the project journey.
- Manage the Team: Mentor and support a team of implementation project managers, providing guidance on best practices, project methodologies, and client relationship management.
- Allocate Resources: Optimize project delivery by managing resource allocation, balancing workloads, and planning capacities effectively.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and address potential project risks, escalate issues when necessary, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Improve Processes: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster clear and productive communication among cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor Performance: Track project performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure accountability for achieving project milestones.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Over 8 years of experience in project management, especially in client implementations, ideally within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing project teams.
- A solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Margin and TTV.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- An analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the skill to navigate complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
