Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at MyFileRunner. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer support, satisfaction, and experience by assisting clients with their eFiling needs and providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with eFiling systems and processes (preferred)
- Previous experience in legal or court-related services (a plus)
- College degree preferred
