We are working with a NYC-based real estate firm that is seeking an Accounting Coordinator Temp for 3 months to assist the accounting team with administrative tasks. This role reports to the CFO and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry/clerical work related to accounting
- Entering leases into system
- Managing CFO’s signatures for important documentation (tax forms, etc)
- Utilize NEXUS software to process payments for specific buildings
- Logging daily attendance records and submitting them bi-weekly to HR
- Tracking vacation/PTO
- Process wires daily
- Process third party checks
- Lease administration
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with data entry/clerical work related to accounting is required.
- Exposure to the real estate industry is strongly preferred.
