Project description:
Looking for Talent Acquisition /Human Resources support staff who will be working on onboarding approx. 5,000 new employees from the 2 hospital acquisitions which BMC is purchasing (sale pending)
- Location: Dowling Building on the main campus with travel to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton and Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton
· They will need to be onsite 5 days a week, and must be willing and able to travel to the acquired hospital sites (St. E’s is in Brighton and Good Sam’s is located in Brockton.
· 40 hours a week M-F, potential for weekends
· We will be holding an onboarding open house 3 days one week and 4 days the following week (dates to be confirmed), there will be 12 hour shifts available
· Must be familiar with new hire documents, i.e. payroll forms, direct deposit, I-9, verifying IDs
· Entering Background check and CORI forms electronically
· Familiar with or the ability to learn how to use a scanner and a laptop computer
· Strong Data entry skills
· Someone who can handle confidential information
· Workday experience preferred not required
· Tiered experience (meaning we are open to candidates with 1+ years and 10+ years)
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Organized
