Team Overview: You will be joining a team of 20 responsible for delivering analytical data needs, including data analysis, data visualization, data quality, and reporting. This team ensures efficient communication and adherence to operational processes within the Utility Asset Management department, specifically managing communication equipment on client’s poles.
Role Summary: As an Operational Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting and analyzing data, maintaining databases, and preparing insightful reports. You will develop visualizations and interactive dashboards for leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring data-driven decision-making is integral to the team's success. Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Excel, and Outlook is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data from Snowflake, Tableau Extracts, and Excel to identify correlations and patterns.
- Use Tableau Desktop to create visualizations, including diagrams, graphs, filters, parameters, complex calculated fields, and LOD expressions.
- Publish workbooks and data extracts using Tableau Server.
- Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures for easy understanding.
- Perform statistical analysis and prepare reports to present to management or SMEs.
- Monitor and ensure data quality, removing corrupt data where necessary.
- Validate analysis results and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
