UX UI Designer
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric experiences across both desktop and mobile environments. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and engaging interfaces. Your expertise in Figma, wireframes, Jira, and Agile methodologies will be crucial in bringing our design vision to life.
This role does not require travel. Enjoy working remotely on Tuesday and Friday AND every other Wednesday!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design Excellence: Lead the design process for desktop and mobile applications, from concept through to execution, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, making data-driven improvements.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Use Figma to develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Agile Environment: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Feedback & Iteration: Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders, as well as testing to continuously improve the user experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on both desktop and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping, with a solid understanding of wireframing and creating interactive prototypes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for project management and tracking.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver elegant, user-friendly solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in designing for complex enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
