The world's largest entertainment company is searching for a Sr. Android Developer to join their Application team on a hybrid basis at their headquarters in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing software fixes, enhancements, and other updates for highly scalable, high-volume apps and components.

Responsibilities:
- Own the design and development of upcoming fixes, enhancements, and optimization to widely used software and applications.
- Drive development of components through your own and other engineers' work by ensuring that all application are error-free.
- Develop and document test plans for assigned development tasks and leads end-to-end testing and debugging in partnership with QA teams.
- Create protocols, documentation and tools for deployment and maintenance of applications.
- Participates in setting the architectural direction for software development projects in meetings with other technical and non-technical groups within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years' experience designing and developing high volume applications and components
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field
- Significant knowledge/experience in: ADA compliance, work management tools (Jira, Confluence), and software performance optimization (memory, CPU, scaling, etc...)
- Ability to communicate and interface with members at all levels of the organization
