JD for Network Engineer (L2/L3 support)

Candidate is expected to work from office for 5 days a week during business hours and for any planned changes or P1/P2 Incidents during off business hours and on call support on weekend.
Responsibilities
i. Proven experience in a network-Security administrator role with Firewalls (Palo Alto & Cisco ASA) , F5 Load Balancers, Infoblox ,Cisco ACI, SSL VPN, Routing and switching (Cisco) SD WAN, Cisco Meraki (MX, MS & MR), implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
ii. Automation using Ansible and Python scripts
iii. Provide Level 2 & Level 3 Network support 16x5 on-seat (APAC and EMEA shift ) and available for on-call for P1/P2 Incidents on weekends and off business hours)
iv. Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control and monitoring of Network infrastructure
v. Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
vi. Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems per operations processes, affecting the network infrastructure
vii. supervising responsibilities including interviewing and training/coaching team members.
viii. participate in project/technology transition
ix. Assist the team in resolving problem tickets.
x. Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly
xi. Additional duties as required and assistance on Special Projects.
xii. Creation of network documentation from the existing infrastructure, planned infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation.
Qualifications
i. Graduate with 10 + years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
ii. Candidates must be CCNA/CCNP and preferably CCIE or equivalent (Routing & Switching) certified
iii. Willingness and ability to teach and train others.
iv. Patience to adhere to Knowledge of best practices including maintenance windows and change control procedures.
v. Ability to time-slice between multiple networks and multiple customer requirements.
vi. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral)
vii. Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.)
viii. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel
