Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google My Business and Local Ads Specialist to join our marketing team at Fanntastic Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google My Business listings and running effective Local Ads campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase local visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google My Business Management:
- Create, verify, and manage Google My Business listings for all company locations.
- Ensure business information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date across all listings.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local search rankings and improve visibility.
- Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion through GMB features (e.g., Posts, Q&A, Photos).
Local Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and execute Google Local Ads campaigns to target specific geographic areas.
- Conduct keyword research to identify local search trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and local advertising best practices.
- Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align GMB and Local Ads strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and GMB content.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve local advertising ROI and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google My Business profiles and Local Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of local SEO and online advertising principles.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google My Business, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with local business marketing, particularly in a multi-location setting.
- Familiarity with other local advertising platforms (e.g., Yelp, Bing Places).
- Basic graphic design skills for creating ad visuals and GMB content.
- Experience with reputation management and customer review strategies.
