$40.19-42.58/hr, $7,073-7,494/month COMPENSATION RATE (depending on experience)

Our client is a large technology company based in the Greater Seattle Area. They develop software, services, products, and hardware devices.
BUSINESS / SYSTEMS ANALYST 2
- Looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst/Consultant to help manage and configure demo content and assets for Technology Specialists. Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID, license management and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications required.
Responsibilities:Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with Business Applications demo strategy
- Supports Client Technical Sellers with demo environments.
- Ensures that processes are clearly defined and documented
- Provide basic Dynamics 365 CE support and answer questions related to the demo environments
- Manages demo tenant environment life cycle
- Validates demo scenarios in demo tenants.
- Manages demo scenario onboarding and communication of demo related updates

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Top 3 Skills:
1. Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
3. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Program/Project management and ability to clearly define and document processes.
Years of Experience: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, Azure Entra ID, and M365 admin center required.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain is a plus.
- Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
- Excellent communications skills
Degree/Certs: Bachelor's in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field (MBA or other related advanced degree preferred) degree is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with no prior experience with Dynamics 365 will not be eligible for the role.
Best: The ideal resume would contain project manager/program manager experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and basic knowledge of Microsoft Intra ID.
PI: Feedback from team & Sponsor. Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Start & End: 9/23/2024 – 6/30/2025.
Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs a week, no OT expected.
Typical Tasks: The role will consist of team interaction, stakeholder interaction and autonomous work.
Interaction Level: High level of interaction with Team & Sponsor.
Work Environment: Remote.
Extension: Chance to extend.
