Pay - $25.00 - $28.97 hourly
Job Description:
· Leverage strategic insights to support the coordination, production, and management of written, visual, and digital marketing and communications strategy, programs and materials.
· Requires strategic thinking, conceptual competency, strong writing sensibilities, and a high level of craftsmanship across all media, including video, digital, experiential, social, and print.
* Develops content that accurately reflects company ideals
* Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
* Collaborates with graphic designers and video team to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects
* Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Creative Writing, Marketing, Communications or similar.
* 10+ years working as a copywriter in an agency or corporate marketing environment in brand, creative services, and advertising with experience working across all marketing mediums
* Familiarity with the real estate/mortgage/title processes a plus
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
* Excellent communicator - clear, concise and affable
* Strong strategic thinking
* SEO familiarity
* Skilled at working with multiple internal and external parties of various levels including C-suite executives
* Project management skills, easily maintaining a schedule and prioritizing projects/asks
* Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment where agility and pivoting are a part of the journey.
