Looking for a project coordinator (100% remote) with recent experience in the investment space. Retail banking, insurance, etc. won't cut it. We are also looking for people that have been involved in M&A projects. (NO C2C or third-party vendors)

Key Responsibilities:
• Works with Project Managers to help define and document tasks and activities for product and system-related projects; provides project team support as coordinator of project events.
• Track and document project resource costs. Help management project related expenditures.
• Help document business requirements for new systems and modifications to existing systems.
• Help document work flows and departmental procedures.
• Maintain project and department reporting tools; track project issues lists.
• Other duties as assigned

• The project coordinator will assist with creation of various project documents including reports provided to the finance team and will help ensure that capitalization for projects is accurately calculated
• A series of tasks or activities that are similar in terms of the skills and knowledge used and where the tasks are usually well defined, though diverse and involving a wide variety of responsibilities and situations. Working with defined and standard work processes
Qualifications:
• Project Management Principles (e.g. PMI or PMP Certification)
• Strong Product Business Knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with various software programs including MS Suite (Word, Excel, PP, Visio, Project)
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years business experience, preferably in financial services (preferred)
• At least 1-2 years’ experience working with a PMO or project team
• Experience interacting with members of management other than direct Manager in work situations
