Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of software releases while maintaining high standards. In this role, you will support the continuous development of your team within the Agile framework, drive improvements in development processes, and enhance both product quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the Agile process by supporting both the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver exceptional value to customers.
- Exhibit servant leadership by guiding and empowering the team, setting an example of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Provide coaching and guidance to both the Scrum and Development teams, helping them maximize self-organization and address gaps within the Agile framework.
- Facilitate the team's journey through Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Education And Experience Requirements
- First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with various Scrum patterns and techniques, including burndown methods and retrospective formats.
- Ability to differentiate between effective Scrum practices and non-Scrum approaches.
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with healthcare products and Agile software development is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and understand diverse viewpoints.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.
