Career Transitions is supporting a dynamic and innovative organization that is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for their operation.
Senor Data Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses and data marts.
- Utilize artificial intelligence techniques (LLM, SLM, ML) to build predictive models and extract valuable insights from data.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the data engineering field.
Senor Data Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong expertise with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Proven experience in data transformation and manipulation using SQL and other tools.
- Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence techniques (LLM, SLM, ML).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
