oTLS Handshake Implementation (one-way TLS and mutual TLS)
oHTTP/S Frontside Handlers, MQ Handlers.
oTroubleshooting backend connectivity and timeout issues.
oDataPower policies like AAA and SLM.
oLoad balancers and DMZ implementation of DataPower.
oIntegrating DataPower with various logging and monitoring tools like Splunk and DataPower Operations Dashboard.
oAPI Connect proxies.
oTroubleshooting issues with API Connect API Proxies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- SRE/PSM role with support and maintenance responsibilities.
- Has to work with onshore/nearshore/offshore team members for any production issue resolution.
- Engage with business stakeholders and customers on regular basis.
- Participate on recurring & ad-hoc business meetings.
- Engagement in Knowledge Transfer sessions with Dev Teams and Business partners during the design and development phases of new applications, or added features/functionality to existing applications to enhance the resiliency of said application.
- Provide application support during off hours and weekends when required.
- Use application and infrastructure monitors to ensure production systems stability.
- Engage on escalation calls for owning application issues.
- Do review, analysis & coding changes implementation on production issue ticket.
- Do collaborative work with application dev teams.
- Follow release process for any code changes.
- Identify automation / process improvements on existing systems and implement the changes.
- Triage and escalate issues to the correct Site Reliability Engineering team.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
