Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Mid to Senior level BDM/Sales lead to join our expanding team in New Jersey. The Sales Lead will spearhead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective team leadership, and fostering strong client relationships. As a BDM at Unify, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in NJ. You’ll have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new accounts.
- Able to identify IT requirements including staffing in existing and new accounts and able to drive closures through internal and external channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions and proposals that meet client objectives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mid level BDM or similar role in the software services industry.
- Good exposure to current IT needs, trends and market dynamics across Infra, Apps and Data.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally nationally as needed.
