Our client, a dynamic and innovative creative agency based in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join their team. This role is focused on crafting impactful content for an exciting new client in the medical equipment manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-quality, persuasive content tailored for key decision-makers in the medical device industry. This is a part-time role - hours will be roughly 10-30 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce a variety of content types, including website copy, white papers, case studies, brochures, tradeshow materials, and more.
- Tailor content to resonate with key decision-makers such as sales leaders, CEOs, and Directors of Risk Management, ensuring it aligns with their priorities and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers and strategists, to ensure content meets client objectives and maintains high standards of quality.
- Conduct thorough research on medical device trends, particularly in the cardiac, vascular, and thoracic fields, to inform and enhance content creation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry language and tone, adapting messaging to effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed to accommodate changing demands.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in creating technical and persuasive content, both long and short form, including website copy, blogs, and tradeshow materials.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical device language, especially in the cardiac, vascular, and thoracic fields, and proven experience in crafting content for key decision-makers in this sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client standards.
