At Snowbird Agility, we are building a team of world-class Agilists that can respond to any organizational challenge.? While this position is for an Agile Coach, a Snowbird Agilist should also be able to be a Scrum Master or an RTE with expert level proficiency, and be competent at performing the Agile Project Manager role.?As we are a consulting firm, our Agilists must be ready to perform different Agile roles for different partner engagements.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Champions the Lean and Agile mindset; teaches, coaches, and mentors others in Agile practices
- Identifies innovative solutions to team challenges, drawing patterns from established Agile frameworks, and interfacing with non-Agile elements
- Optimizes the flow of work across multiple Agile teams to reduce toil, leading to delivery of measurable product value with early and continuous product increments
- Leads the charge across multiple Agile teams to build community, fostering inter-team collaboration, developing a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement, and driving improvements through to fruition with insight gained through the intelligent use of data and metrics
- Motivates and enables others to take accountability to streamline product delivery processes and for them to efficiently manage large and complex products
- Communicates skillfully and fluently to people at all levels across the organization
- Skilled at systems thinking, with the ability to see the bigger picture and apply Agile principles at scale across the organization
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- 6+ years of experience using various frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and other Agile frameworks at scale
- Strong Agile mindset, shaped by extensive experience and responding to situations based on intuition; demonstrated responsibility for role modeling a good Agile mindset, and how actions are guided by principles and values
- Exposure to a variety of situations have shaped how they apply a broad knowledge of different Agile practices and patterns; understands team level frameworks and how to operate successfully at scale
- High emotional intelligence and sensitivity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Broad experience in communicating across the organization, using intuition for applying the right approach to engage with people in the best way; high-level sense of responsibility for communicating and sharing information in the most appropriate way
- Able to analyze and to think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Maintains a high level of Agile integrity using positive Agile patterns and practices, while retaining a pragmatic attitude to understand change and maturity takes time
- Able to adapt to a changing environment
- Skilled at supporting multiple clients at a time
- Self-motivated, and able to maintain a professional, positive, “can-do” attitude while staying focused in the middle of distraction
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
