Who You Are
- 8+ Years of Project Management Experience with Florida General Construction Company(s)
- Experience with Tilt-Up Construction
- Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Office markets
- Experience handling projects 100% independently of a team setting
- Fluent in English required
- Fluent in Spanish preferred, but, not required
- Long-term company commitment is a plus
What You Will Be Doing?
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from inception to completion
- Prepare and maintain project schedule
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
- Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement
