About the Position:
To support management team coordinating special projects, developing and managing team members, assisting with case assignments, and coordinating other program service needs. Supports management team with all administrative functions and serves as a liaison with executives, the public, clients, volunteers, other agencies and government officials.

What You Will Do:
- Manage staff daily activities and monitor projects as assigned
- Work with the Program Director with case assignments
- Liaison between program management team, project team(s) and site management, as is appropriate
- Coordinate CHAMP Systems and data for multiple projects
- Work as liaison for project management to develop interagency and external partnerships.
- Work with program staff to develop appropriate forms, advertising materials, data collection systems, etc
- Oversee data collection and transcription process, consolidate and verify data on a weekly basis; and work with program management to aggregate data and produce monthly reports
- Work alongside project management to plan training opportunities for team members, research and conduct team testing for grant requirements
- Assist Program Director with project management and coordination with the ODR program manager
- Type routine correspondence as requested
- Organize and maintain client chart file system, file correspondence and other records
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, reserve and prepare facilities
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance using appropriate cost allocation measures
- Conduct Quarterly internal Audit with Quality Assurance and Program Director to assure that the project is in compliance with the Statement of Work.
- Additional tasks as needed.
