Role Overview:
As the Technical Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Prana Tree LLC by leading sales initiatives and serving as the primary technical expert during the sales process. Your focus will be on selling AI-driven solutions and related technology services, while also architecting customized solutions for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, combined with strong sales acumen, and experience in contract management. You will engage with clients at both a business and technical level, ensuring that contracts are negotiated effectively and risks are managed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, with a particular focus on AI solutions, IT Staff Augmentation, and related technology services.
- Technical Solution Architecting: Serve as the technical lead during client engagements, designing AI-based solutions that meet client needs and leveraging your understanding of AI technologies. Hands-on coding experience is not required but is preferred.
- Contract Management: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring that risks, liabilities, and terms are clearly defined and aligned with company goals. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Client Engagement: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients, understanding their challenges and proposing AI-driven technology solutions that address their business objectives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
- AI and Tech Expertise: Provide thought leadership on AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Data Science, and how they can be applied to solve complex business problems.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive dynamics to effectively position Prana Tree LLC's services in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to the leadership team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of AI solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in IT/Tech sales, with a strong background in AI solution architecting, staff augmentation services, and contract management. A track record of closing large enterprise deals is essential.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Data Science is highly preferred. Hands-on coding experience is not required but would be an advantage.
- Contract Management: Demonstrated experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, with a focus on managing risks, liabilities, and ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record in closing large enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AI and technology services market, with the ability to articulate how AI can transform business operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and contractual terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

While the role is remote, preference will be given to candidates based in or near Tampa, FL.
