Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage digital files, documents, and records.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Help manage office supplies and equipment.

- Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.

Additional Information
- Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Initial training will require commuting to our office in Grapevine, TX for approximately 2 weeks.
