Should have prior experience in recruiting support
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting support
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge in recruiting activities
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred
- Strong experience within applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday)
- Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the scheduling of interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers and arranging travel for visiting candidates where applicable.
- Prepare job descriptions for posting within the applicant tracking system, ensuring appropriate formatting and language use.
- Prepare onboarding welcome packet materials for new hires on first day.
- Provide assistance with onboarding agenda preparation which may include room reservations, securing badging appointments and first-day meetings with various partner groups.
