Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media profiles for the company and executive team members, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
Manage Healthcare Referrals
- Drive referrals for outpatient services by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and other referral sources.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to facilities to promote services and establish strong partnerships.
- Track and report on referral trends, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
SEO and Website Traffic:
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize the company website, increasing visibility in search engine results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the company website, improving online engagement and lead generation.
- Analyze website performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
Marketing Materials Creation:
- Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional content.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for marketing materials, social media posts, and other communications.
- Ensure all materials align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to referral sources, patients, and their families.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for marketing and referral activities.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple marketing and referral projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with company goals and initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, healthcare referrals, or a related role.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
