This company is a total design resource nationwide and is looking for YOU to join their legacy. Considered one of the top three hotel furniture manufacturer suppliers in the US with 40+ years of experience and the successful completion of over 1500 projects.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator who is responsible for driving, organizing, and controlling project activities under the direction of a Project Manager.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay: $22-24/hr
Status: Temp to hire
Location: Buena Park, CA
What you’ll be doing:
- Quoting, generating, and order processing including entering data accurately from a variety of sources into a company’s software system.
- Providing support coordinating the renovations by working with clients, Project Manager and Operations to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed.
- Coordinating RFQ and project information with sales team, vendors, factory, and managers.
- Performing customer service task in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Assisting in special projects as needed under Project Managers direction.
- All other duties as assigned.
Your experience and strengths may include:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Must be proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work individually and as a team player.
- Ability to multi-task on regular basis and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, initiative and must possess a professional and mature attitude.
- Strong project management skills.
