We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate be sitting at front desk and welcoming guest and employees, so needs to have a professional look and presence. Will be in charge of stocking office supplies, processing mail and making copies.
- At least AA degree, preferred bachelor’s degree
- Experienced with managing corporate accounts (StaplesAdvantage, Pitney Bowes, FedEx, etc.), placing office supplies orders and keep inventory
- Verbal/written communication skills for contracts understanding and management
- Profiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Expertise with calendar scheduling and management, travel arrangements, expense reports and PO requests using Concur, lunch/dinners set up inside/outside the company, event planning
- Fast learner, motivated and enthusiastic, polished and great presence (professional), time management, multi-tasker and prioritizing skills
