**Job Summary:**
The Technical Services Administrator will manage and support our corporate as well as client-facing Office 365 and Google Workspace environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Office 365 suite, familiarity with Google Workspace, and a strong background in security technologies including Microsoft Defender for Business and Intune. Experience with email systems and administration is a valuable asset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, ensuring smooth operation and availability.
- Manage and maintain the Google Workspace environment, ensuring smooth operation and availability.
- Implement and oversee security measures using Microsoft Defender for Business to protect organizational data.
- Administer and manage Intune for mobile device management and endpoint protection.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Configure and manage email services, ensuring security and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Office 365 features and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement Office 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and supporting Office 365 suite.
-Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Business.
- Proficiency with Intune for device management and security.
- Experience with email system administration, preferably Exchange Online.
- Understanding of Office 365 security practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation and management.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and its integration with Office 365.
