Job Overview:
The Technical Project Manager is our key client-facing role for our strategic accounts for day-to-day delivery. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the time, efficient, successful, and profitable deployment of promised scope. This person will lead ongoing communications with our clients and internal stakeholders on strategic accounts. This person will partner cross-functionally to traverse the last mile of digital transformation - real-time, cross-channel, customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time.
- Design and implement operation process defined by the needs of the projects
- Translating customer and business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, ensuring that engineers have a deep understanding of the product's goals.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identifying potential technical risks early in the development cycle, collaborating with engineering teams to find solutions, and ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Product Roadmap Development and Prioritization: Defining the product vision, developing a roadmap, and setting priorities for features based on customer needs, market trends, and technical constraints.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Gather feedback from developers using our technology, and use it to help form plans for improvement
- Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
- Write in-depth documentation and SOPs
- Coordinate and schedule security audits
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management and software development
- Experience using Agile
- Atlassian subject matter expert
