Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in payment processing operations. The ideal candidate will lead a small team and be responsible for managing monthly reports, maintaining the operations budget, and ensuring the seamless execution of processes. This role requires advanced project management skills, particularly in integration development, APIs, SDKs, and guiding these integrations from initial scoping to full rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team to achieve operational objectives.
- Oversee payment processing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and analyze monthly reports and the operations budget.
- Drive integration development projects from scoping through to rollout, with a focus on APIs and SDKs.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, from team members to C-level executives, both orally and in writing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payment processing operations.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience managing budgets and reports.
- Strong project management skills (5-8+ years), with expertise in process execution and integration development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
