YC startup focused on providing AI solutions for engineers is looking for an Operations Manager to work cross-functionally across various aspects of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of 30 who just raised their first round of VC funding after being bootstrapped and are already profitable! You will support multiple facets of the company such as People Ops, Technical Ops, and Revenue Ops. Manage systems, establish and streamline sustainable processes, and manage different department teams. Previous experience in an operational role, working cross-functionally in a startup environment is required. This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in-office based in San Mateo. 160-180K DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally across all aspects of the business to support the operations team as well as their Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Initial focus will be streamlining Technical, People, and Revenue Operations, diving in where needed.
- Implement, establish, and manage ongoing and sustainable processes.
- Help maintain the company culture as they scale.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates.
- Provide operational support for technical programs as needed.
- Create your role by identifying our organization's needs and prioritizing your initiative creation and process development accordingly.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an Operational or similarly highly cross-functional role, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills to help bring order to chaos.
- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Extremely detail-oriented. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong communication skills.
