Compensation: 100-110k Base
Onsite 4 days, Near Arts District, Los Angeles
Job Duties:
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to
attract top talent across various departments.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a
respectful, timely, and engaging process that aligns with company values.
• Oversee and develop recruiting strategies from sourcing to offers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide
guidance on job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Manage and prioritize open job requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring that meets the demands of the business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining high ethical standards throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at
all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• A passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience and a commitment to
continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
