Your Role in Our Mission
In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate in client and project meetings to assess needs and review software system designs, ensuring that security, scalability, and cost factors are considered.
- Participate in business process work sessions, project meetings, and joint application development sessions, ensuring that system design decisions, risks, and benefits are communicated to the right stakeholders.
- Support data integration and data warehouse solutions, particularly with REST API and MS SQL Server.
- Analyze potential support tools and prepare documentation with recommendations for management and customers, focusing on system performance, stability, and life cycle management.
- Provide escalated technical support to customers, addressing system-related issues and offering on-call support when needed.
- Identify and resolve program support deficiencies, conducting tests to enhance performance.
- Lead moderately complex projects or phases of larger projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff.
- Apply advanced research techniques and help develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standard business practices.
- Develop and implement training tools and documentation for system users.
- Offer technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of education or experience working with SSIS, SSMS, SQL Server/SQL queries, and third-party software integration through various interface engines (ETL).
- 3+ years of experience or education in software development or technology support, with a focus on web applications (C#, .NET, Typescript, or JavaScript).
- 2+ years of experience or education with web application hosting in Microsoft IIS, including web APIs and troubleshooting API-based applications.
- Proven experience in mentoring and training team members, delivering excellent client service, and leading projects to improve service offerings.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is \(72,800.00 - \)104,000.00 per year. The exact base pay offered may vary depending on your geographic location, experience, and other factors.
