About The Role
As a Security Advisory Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding technology projects aimed at improving health and human services outcomes. Connect your passion with purpose while working alongside innovative professionals dedicated to tackling significant healthcare challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale security projects, breaking down complex technological programs and assisting with project staffing.
- Develop project schedules, define program objectives, and ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, sharing project metrics and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Identify and address project risks promptly, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed statements of work (SOW) and contribute to new proposals and business development efforts.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, translating broader program objectives into actionable project milestones.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 9+ years managing complex cybersecurity projects, with at least 3 years in Medicaid or Medicare being a plus.
- Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, and Agile practices. Familiarity with budget development and control, and project management software.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of security tools (e.g., Splunk, Saviynt), Identity and Access Management, Network and Firewall concepts, and System Security Plan reviews. Understanding of AWS and MS Azure is beneficial.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor, with strong presentation skills and the capability to influence and motivate teams.
- Communication: Clear and effective communicator who can convey project priorities and motivate stakeholders.

- Travel: Minimal travel required (0-10%).
- Location: Remote position.

- Compensation: \(86,800 - \)124,000 per year, depending on various factors such as location, skills, and experience.
