Job Title:Nurse Supervisor (LPN)

Reports To:Call Center Manager
Summary
The Nurse Supervisor will oversee the Clinical Interview Team and Team Lead Nurses, providing telephonic MTM services to optimize medication therapy. This role includes managing employee relations, driving KPI performance, coaching and development, time management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Clinical Operations:
- Maintain current knowledge of medications and perform telephonic Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs).
- Follow all CSS policies and procedures, including HIPAA and security protocols.
- Assist in updating CSS and non-pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Manage opt-outs, Language Line call assignments, PCP call assignments, and OTS overflow call assignments.
- Employee Relations & Turnover:
- Set up regular employee check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Work to reduce employee attrition by improving the selection process, training, coaching, and development.
- Onboard and train new hires; establish a communication tree for efficient information flow.
- KPI Management:
- Deliver daily KPIs and ensure team meets expectations (e.g., 70% utilization, >2.5 CMRs per hour).
- Manage and monitor time and attendance for the clinician team.
- Coaching and Development:
- Conduct individual monthly one-on-one sessions.
- Complete a minimum of 4 live monitoring sessions per agent per month.
- Compliance & Quality Improvement:
- Ensure the team follows all policies and procedures.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional projects and quality improvement initiatives.
- The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
Qualifications
- LPN degree with an active license.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Strong teamwork, telephonic communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and MTM processes.
- Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with timecard applications such as Paychex, ADP, or similar platforms.
Physical Demands
Regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands are required. Vision abilities needed include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
