Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Coordinator, Brand Marketing to join their team!
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our client's theatrical film slate. Reporting to the Executive Director of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, from initial setup to final execution.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain all product and SKU information, as well as marketing promotions, in internal databases.
- Maintain a timeline for all marketing activities and keep the brand team on track with deadlines across multiple releases.
- Traffic and secure brand approvals for a high volume of marketing and creative assets, including key art, online ad units, TV spots, and metadata. Provide input and feedback to ensure strategic consistency across campaign materials.
- Develop, design, and optimize pitch decks that effectively communicate marketing plans to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing updates and maintain open communication with all functional areas, including Customer Marketing, Operations, Sales, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, and Finance.
- Monitor, track, and communicate competitive activity and industry trends, offering insights to support business objectives.
- Coordinate third-party agreements and manage purchase order approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm all elements of the marketing plan.
- Provide support with ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in product marketing, product management, or brand management. Experience within home entertainment, film studios, marketing/advertising agencies, or consumer products is preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, as well as other Microsoft Office software.
- Strong attention to detail in an environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and adherence to multiple deadlines.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and effectively across teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and discuss insights from various data sources to support recommendations.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Comprehensive problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work well with employees at all levels, including senior management.
