Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled social media and lead Generation Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn platform management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools like HubSpot, lead generation strategies, social media marketing, and content creation, including blog posts. The ideal candidate will drive our social media and lead generation efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities. This position is based in Mill Valley, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Platform Management:
Manage and optimize our company’s LinkedIn profile and presence, including posting updates, sharing content, and engaging with our audience.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and engage potential leads. Develop and
implement strategies to expand our professional network and generate sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including social media,
email campaigns, and content marketing. Use HubSpot to track and manage leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- CRM Management (HubSpot):
Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead information, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline. Ensure data integrity and use CRM analytics to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter,
Facebook, and Instagram. Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Content Creation & Blog Posting:
Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts and articles that showcase industry expertise and
thought leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media and lead generation metrics. Provide regular performance reports
and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing LinkedIn profiles and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and content creation, including blog writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
