We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our operations team as a House Manager / Personal Assistant.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Menlo Park, CA. The House Manager / Personal Assistant will be responsible for assisting executive in daily tasks such as:
- Maintaining home
- Organizing home
- Bill paying
- Grocery shopping
- Arranging food
- Greeting guests
- Walking/feeding dog
- Managing vendors
- Driving kids to after-school activities
- Expense reporting
- Travel check-ins
- etc.
You will work in conjunction with the Executive's remote EA.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Collaborative and adaptable to changes in timelines and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Handle highly confidential information and documentation with discretion
- Technologically adept and familiar with Google Suite and related technologies
- Ability to work with strong personalities
