Job Summary:
This role supports and manages the Atlassian product suite, including JIRA, Confluence, and related applications, while assisting with IT Service Management processes. You'll collaborate with IT teams and business units to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Jira tasks such as project setup, custom fields, workflows, reports, and permissions.
- Work with Scrum teams to standardize processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Optimize Jira/Confluence configurations and streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot software issues, provide governance expertise, and develop Jira reports.
- Support ITIL processes and create documentation for user training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of REST API, JQL, and cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
