As an Implementation Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation of our products, ensuring a smooth transition for a range of customers from smaller companies to large, complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and proactively addressing risks.
- Act as Primary Contact: Serve as the go-to person for project escalations and ensure alignment across all teams.
- Track Timelines: Build and maintain project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Improve Processes: Contribute to refining our implementation and delivery operations, establishing best practices.
- Create Collateral: Develop internal and external materials, including product education and technical documentation.
- Provide Feedback: Offer consistent feedback to Sales and Product teams to optimize onboarding and customer support.
- Support Post Go-Live: Conduct recurring check-ins, analyze usage, and participate in client renewal discussions.
- Enhance Outreach: Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and other events.
- Optimize Procedures: Collaborate with the Manager of Implementation to refine Standard Operating Procedures and enhance our understanding of customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Management Consultant.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects with enterprise clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Independence: Comfortable driving outcomes with minimal supervision and a proactive approach.
- Empathy & Enthusiasm: A genuine desire to improve the industry and a fascination with technology and its impact.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction or real estate technology is a plus but not required.
- Location: Must be located in a US or Canadian time zone and be able to travel to the US.

Salary Range
\(70,000 - \)100,000 annually + bonus
