TRC’s client is a leader in healthcare technology looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team on a full-time, direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including dashboards and visualizations.
- Collaborate with department leaders to create and optimize intelligent reports.
- Automate and implement self-serve data models to reduce reporting time.
- Conduct training to enhance organizational knowledge of data analytics.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting and analytics issues.
- Explore machine learning capabilities in datasets and integrate findings into business models.
- Improve data delivery methods and frequency.
- Assist with ad-hoc data analytics and FP&A activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics, with expertise in creating complex dashboards
- 4+ years of experience in database technologies, focusing on analytical and reporting tools
- Experience with SQL and developing complex queries with strong understanding of Power BI DAX
- Proficiency with Microsoft stack of reporting and BI tools (ex. Power BI, Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Exceptional analytical skills and communication abilities within all levels of an organization, including stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Experience in database management, operation, and development preferred
