Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, office supply management, and maintaining office equipment.
Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Document Handling: Perform typing or word processing duties, prepare reports, and handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Administrative Support: Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and organizing records.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
