- Address Sales Rep & Quoter Booking inquires and other requests
- Assist with managing and reviewing incoming paperwork from the Sales Reps & Quoters, ensure all required information is accurate before processing
- Creating and Maintaining Customer Contracts, updating as required in all locations and ensure task and cycles are correct
- Creating Monitoring Contracts
- Assist with Contract Renewals; generate a list of expiring Contracts for Sales Reps to review, update information once received
- Monitor email requests for information and updates
- Monitor The Compliance Engine, assist with requests and follow up as needed
- Work as a team to complete all tasks daily
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years’ experience in an administrative role
- Ability to communicate (read and write) effectively, professionally, and friendly in a business environment.
- Proficient computer skills (MS, Outlook & Excel).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and fellow employees.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with limited supervision.
- Must possess strong data entry, organization and time management skills.
